Amee’s Gift of Care

In honor of Amee’s legacy, we are providing one local senior with three complimentary hours of non-medical home care each week for 12 weeks.

The selected senior may receive support with companionship, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, errands, or family caregiver relief.

Eligibility

• Age 60 or older

• Lives within our service area

• Needs additional non-medical support at home

• Willing to complete an in-home assessment

• Available for one consistent three-hour visit each week
